Stakeholder engagement · Executive coaching

The success of your industrial project depends on the people you need to convince.

Government, local communities, customers, investors, employees: I help leaders and their teams bring them all on board, in the same direction.

When you need oxygen in your ecosystem.

The challenges

At decisive moments, everything comes down to relationships.

New sites and expansion

Site selection, permits, local acceptance, recruitment.

Energy and regulation

Public decisions that shape a site’s competitiveness.

Public funding

Showing that your project also serves the public interest.

Divestment, crisis, reindustrialisation

Rebuilding broken trust, fast.

Key accounts and investors

Aligning everyone who speaks on your behalf.

Internal transformation

Your employees are your first stakeholders.

And all too often, the team that needs to convince others doesn’t speak with one voice.

My approach

Building trust, from the inside out.

01 · Self-confidence

Supporting each individual

Individual coaching to work through doubts and build confidence, including when speaking in public.

02 · Mutual trust

Aligning the team

Team coaching to share the same objectives and steer the effort over time.

03 · Universal trust

Engaging the ecosystem

Interviews and workshops to shape your engagement strategy and your multichannel story.

I don’t do it for you. I equip you to do it yourselves, and to carry on without me.

The method

Seven steps, taken together.

By working through them together, the team builds cohesion, consensus and commitment.

Strengthening a key customer relationship

Aligning every team in contact with a major customer; closing a successful funding round.

Re-engaging teams

Coaching leadership teams through a reorganisation or a loss of momentum.
